Main Tasks
- Offer exceptional guest care at all times
- Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms in line with company standards, ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, safe and secure for our guests
- Work in a timely and efficient manner to complete assigned tasks in line with productivity guidelines
- Respond to and complete guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, trolleys and corridors
- Assist with cleanliness of other areas of the hotel as required
- Support with cost control and environmental initiatives in the department, including linen rejects, control of consumables and utility consumption
- Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
- Maintain awareness of utility consumption ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use
