Hours: 40 hours per week plus call out on a rota
basis
Days: Monday - Friday, plus call out on a rota
basis
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
Working in both occupied and unoccupied,
residential and commercial premises.
Planned installations
and services plus responsive repairs including;
Bathroom
refurbishments and disability adaptations.
Ceramic tiling,
floor laying and basic decorating and joinery
works.
Assess, diagnose and rectify
faults.
Liaise with the customer, other trade staff and
the office, escalating issues.
Maintain accurate records
and reports.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure
adherence to health and safety, technical and quality
standards.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 7 years building maintenance
experience and NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing, plus
competency in a minimum of 2 other secondary maintenance related
skills.
Must be professional, with good communication
skills and be able to work well as part of a team as well as on own
initiative, prioritising work efficiently.
Must have good
technical, statutory and legislative knowledge for the trades
performed with strong problem solving skills.
Must have a
full driver's license and be flexible with working
hours.
Salary: £35,092.10 per annum, plus call out
premium, company vehicle and
benefits
