Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
We are looking for a proactive, well-organised administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Huntingdon. You'll support our membership, operations, events, and training teams with a wide range of duties.

About the Property Care Association (PCA)
The PCA is the UK’s leading representative body for the building protection industry. Our audited members work across domestic, commercial, and civil sectors in:
* Structural waterproofing
* Wood preservation
* Damp protection
* Residential ventilation
* Flood remediation
* Invasive weed control
We focus on protecting buildings against:
* Mould
* Decay
Training and Events Support (50%)
* Set up and clear training and exam rooms
* Greet delegates and mark attendance
* Arrange lunch and refreshments
* Issue joining instructions & certificates
General Administration (30%)
* First point of contact for visitors, emails, and calls
* Data entry and membership database updates
* Contact members for updated details
* Maintain filing and documentation
Operations Support (10%)
* Review & process invoices
* Order office supplies
* Assist with Health & Safety tasks (e.g., fire drills, alarm tests)
Other (10%)
* Follow policies and procedures
* Keep records accurate and up to date
* Suggest process improvements
* Attend meetings as needed
* Contribute to wider team activities
