To ensure that Mbelle Solutions’ and other group business operations, client services, and internal processes remain compliant with UK and international regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards of governance, quality assurance, and ethical business practice across all service lines. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance and regulatory frameworks across business including tech platform, immigration, HR, and international expansion services. Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes affecting Mbelle and group Solutions and its client operations in the UK, EU, and partner countries. Conduct internal compliance audits and prepare reports to management, identifying risk areas and recommending remedial action. Create, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure continued adherence to UK legal standards, data protection (GDPR), employment regulations, and contractual obligations. Ensure that all business practices align with ethical standards and industry best practice in service delivery and cross-border operations. Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance to maintain compliant records for sponsorship, immigration, payroll, and data management. Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams and client partners, promoting awareness of regulatory responsibilities. Assist with client due diligence, documentation, and record-keeping to meet both internal and Home Office sponsor compliance standards. Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and legal advisors when required to ensure timely and accurate compliance responses. Ensure our group tech platform continues to operate with compliance and regulation process by design. Lead on the development and compliance of group tech platform JourneyTogether Essential Skills and Qualifications Degree-level qualification in Law, Business Management, Compliance, or a related field Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or quality assurance within a professional services, legal, or HR consultancy environment. Sound understanding of business regulations and GDPR. Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex regulations clearly. High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information. Knowledge and demonstrable experience in Tech platform project management and interest in AI tech solutions for compliance optimisation in service delivery. Desirable Attributes Experience with immigration compliance or HR governance. Familiarity with international employment or regulatory frameworks.
