Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including private homes, void or vacant residential properties.
* Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
* Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly, travelling with cleaning equipment.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests courteously and efficiently.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients and team members.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to drive may be required for roles involving travel between sites.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
