Job Title: Service Advisor
Salary: Between £29,500-£34,500 + Bonus (Depending Upon Experience)
Role is full time and permanent – 42.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday and Saturday’s on a rota basis.
Our client is an independent dealer group which operates a network of 61 dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. Our client are now looking for a Mobile Service Advisor for their South East Mobile Service division.
Reporting into the Mobile Service Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for driving the standard in customer care and deliver a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and communication with the Mobile Vehicle Team.
Drive the standard in customer care with the diverse customer base
● Rapport building between customer internal and external.
● Go beyond process in delivering exceptional customer service.
● Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers to ethically promote the wide range of products and services.
● Been able to work remotely and a suitable place at home to work.
IT literate, and familiar with web-based process and stock management systems.
● Evidence of previous service department experience.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience handling complaints.
● Evidence of customer facing administrative experience.
● Experience in a customer service environment.
● Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
