Your responsibilities
* Participate in collaborative design projects, creating visual assets and layouts aligned with brand standards.
* Develop concepts and contribute to ideation for marketing materials that attract our target audience.
* Support the execution of creative projects, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and design excellence.
* Bring innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions, challenging norms and expanding creative boundaries.
* Maintain organized design documentation and assets to ensure efficient workflows.
The experience we're looking for
* Experience in a design-focused role, developing aesthetic sensibility and practical skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a portfolio demonstrating your visual communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of design principles, capable of applying them to create engaging layouts.
* Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and precision.
* Strong communication skills for team collaboration and presenting design concepts.
* Willingness to learn and stay updated on design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas.
