Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Attendance\nOfficer (Admin Hub) on a fixed term basis for up to one year to\ncover a period of maternity leave, starting in March\n2026.
This role is for\n35 hours per week, worked across 35 weeks per annum, with required\nworking hours of Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, including an\nunpaid hour for lunch. Flexibility in working hours and pattern is\nrequired to meet the changing needs of the school. The salary for\nthis position is £18,633 per\nannum.
The successful\ncandidate will collate, record and monitor pupil attendance and\nabsence data using computerised and manual systems. In\naddition, as part of the Admin Hub, all members of the team are\nrequired to cover for other team members in the case of absence or\nas the needs of the school\nrequire.
The\nsuccessful candidate will also possess excellent inter-personal\nskills and be a firm believer in the ethos and aims of the school,\nwhich is located in the Cathedral Close at the heart of this\nvibrant, historic\ncity.
