About the Job
You will like
Developing power sector business remotely for an innovative engineering technology company known for solving complex problems for blue-chip clients in renewable energy, security, medical, transportation, aerospace, and defense industries.
You will be responsible for
* Building the customer base for Power products and creating demand for new customer designs in the UK region.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
* Understanding power products, their applications, and markets, along with related company products.
* Collaborating with management to set targets and business plans.
* Participating in regular meetings to review sales progress.
* Presenting product benefits to customers and negotiating contracts to secure orders.
* Maintaining sales data and providing reports on activities and forecasts.
* Attending training to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
* Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and database updates.
You will have
The following qualifications and skills are essential:
* Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of Power products and their applications.
* Experience with sales techniques, preferably in field sales.
* 2-3 years experience in electronics circuit/systems design (preferred).
* Strong numeracy and commercial skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships and be computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
