Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories, including finance and stock availability.
* Developing and implementing efficient Parts management processes and systems.
* Liaising with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
* Leading the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor in the Plant, Agriculture, or Construction industries.
* Candidates from the automotive or HGV sectors are encouraged to apply also!
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Experience implementing and improving processes in a parts department
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
* Experience Manager level.
