As we scale, we are seeking a highly capable Senior Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing execution and support continued brand growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage social media, coordinate events, oversee agency partners and contribute creative ideas, balancing brand impact with measurable performance.
The role blends B2C and B2B marketing responsibilities.
2–3 days per week on site required, alongside attendance at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
* Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Manage timelines, assets and production workflows
* Ensure premium execution standards
Social & Content
* Manage day-to-day social media activity
* Develop engaging content concepts
* Coordinate photography, video and digital production
* Grow and nurture target audiences
Digital & Performance
* Manage website updates and landing pages
* Support paid media campaigns
* Monitor analytics and optimise performance
* Track KPIs and produce performance reports
Events & Brand Activation
* Support planning and execution of luxury and industry events
* Manage marketing collateral and event activations
* Represent the brand at select engagements
Agency & Supplier Coordination
* Brief and coordinate creative, PR and digital partners
* Ensure consistent brand output across all channels
What We're Looking For
* 3–5+ years' marketing experience
* Experience across B2B and B2C channels
* Exposure to luxury, premium consumer, automotive, tech or lifestyle sectors
* Strong creative instincts combined with commercial awareness
* Experience using AI-enabled tools and modern marketing platforms
* Highly organised with strong project management capability
* Confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders
* Ambitious and motivated by building brand equity in a scaling business
