A growing managed services business is looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant to take ownership of its internal CRM platform. This is a business scaling quickly, with technology at the heart of its operations, and they're seeking someone who can ensure their Dynamics 365 environment evolves in line with organisational needs. Roles & Responsibilities
As Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant, you will:
* Take full ownership of the internal Dynamics 365 system, managing roadmap planning, configuration, and updates.
* Act as the subject matter expert, championing CRM best practice across the business.
* Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Manage and prioritise a change backlog in line with business goals.
* Oversee upgrades, testing, and release cycles in collaboration with IT and external providers.
* Support adoption and training, ensuring teams use the system effectively.
* Drive innovation by introducing new features, tools, and integrations that deliver measurable value.
Your Skills & Experience
* Proven background working with Dynamics 365 CRM (Lead Consultant, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar).
* Experience leading system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* A balance of technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
* Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, or system integrations is desirable.
