They must create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assess student progress, and provide feedback to support their development. Class Teachers are expected to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the best educational outcomes for students. Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, a passion for teaching, an Enhanced DBS check, and a Level 3 Cache qualification. Education: A relevant teaching qualification and a minimum of a Level 3 Cache qualification are required for this role. Experience: Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Strong behavioural management skills Excellent time management abilities Effective communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional qualifications in education or relevant subject areas are desirable.
