You'll begin with a few weeks supporting a key customer project across several functions, giving you a great introduction to our processes. After this, you'll move into a dedicated Customer Service role within either our Credit Cards or Savings & Loans teams. Every day will bring something new - taking inbound queries, helping customers with account openings, transfers and digital banking, or resolving questions around purchases, balances and interest rates. You'll use your communication skills and problem-solving ability to deliver a brilliant customer experience from start to finish.
