Overview
Quality Compliance Officer – Full-Time (37 Hours). Salary Scale: £31,708-£41,391. Job Reference: QCO / 0151 / 1225.
Choice is seeking to appoint a Quality Compliance Officer to ensure that new-build housing schemes meet Choice’s required quality, safety, and compliance standards from construction through to post-handover. The QCO supports the development team by overseeing on-site quality checks, managing the defects liability period, ensuring all statutory, servicing, fire safety and handover documentation is in place, and coordinating with internal teams and contractors to maintain full regulatory and organisational compliance throughout the development process.

Qualifications and experience
* One year’s relevant experience in a construction / property role.
* A relevant 3rd-level qualification
* Experience in property management
* Administration experience, report writing, diary-management, organisational admin, record keeping
* Clean UK driving licence and access to private transport
