The Role Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial delivery and financial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will be responsible for overseeing costs, maximising profitability, managing subcontractor accounts, and providing strategic commercial support to operational teams.
