Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + performance bonus

What the role involves

Day-to-day leadership and overall responsibility for the home.

Building and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.

Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, and care plans to meet Ofsted expectations.

Working closely with families, professionals, and external agencies.
What we’re looking for
*
Proven leadership experience in a children’s residential setting.
*
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and Children’s Homes Regulations.
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within 2 years).

A clear track record of commitment, resilience, and strong team leadership.
