Qualification: Level 3 Business Admin
You will...
1. Process customer orders & credits, ensuring compliance with customer schedules and service level agreements.
2. Manage customer queries and disputes, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
3. Identify and resolve order errors to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
5. Coordinate information between Customer Care, Customer Supply Chain, and the Distribution Center.

Eligibility...
1. You must not have already obtained a degree.
2. Eligible to work in the UK.
3. GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or equivalent.
4. Achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in other qualifications.
