Job Details
* Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
* Location: Islington, London, Hybrid (2 days in the office, service visits across London, Brighton, Luton, Bedford, Kent, Liverpool). Monthly full team office day on Monday.
* Salary: £34,100
* Shift Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with flexibility for events and outreach. Fixed-term contract ending December 2025.
About The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an established Talent Acquisition team, supporting hiring managers with recruitment activities. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Partner and collaborate with a fellow Coordinator and the wider People and Culture team. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, engaging campaigns, and local community outreach to attract suitable candidates.
Your Responsibilities
* Support daily recruitment tasks via ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Create engaging job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted campaigns.
* Manage recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, events, and community partnerships.
* Conduct outreach and attend events for talent sourcing.
* Utilize headhunting techniques on various platforms.
* Build internal relationships and maintain regular service visits to understand departmental needs.
* Apply marketing and campaigning skills to enhance job visibility.
* Assist with onboarding processes.
Candidate Profile
We seek passionate individuals committed to supporting our frontline services and understanding the social care market. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and experienced in end-to-end recruitment, including niche roles and general support positions. Skills in creating engaging campaigns, managing ATS systems, and building external relationships are essential. A background in marketing is highly desirable.
