Our client is of the leading recruitment firm in the Tech space, specialising in Cloud, DevOps and Software.
Two best friends started up the company 3 years ago, and have grown by 20 heads from graduate level, all of which are earning over 50k a year already.
They run a great business with a strong culture, offering socials, ski trips and weekend getaways to reward their consultants for the hard work they do.

The Incentives Trainee Recruitment Consultant
1. 28k base salary with an increase to 32k after promotion
2. 50% commission structure with no threshold
3. OTE Year 1 50k; Year 2 80k+
4. Promotion is target based most hit it within 6 months
5. One on one training from the Founders and the MDs
6. 30 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays
7. Working hours 8:30am-6:30pm
8. Holiday incentives 2x a year Ski trip and Marbella
9. Pet friendly office
10. WFH 1-2 days a week depending on level of experience
11. 10-day office closure over Christmas
