Why our Apprenticeship?
Step into the world of Red Bull Racing Heritage as a Mechanic Apprentice and help bring legendary Formula One cars back to life. You’ll work hands‑on with our iconic machines, building, servicing and maintaining Heritage cars for test days, events and special projects. As part of a tight‑knit team, you’ll learn from experienced technicians, contribute ideas for continuous improvement and develop the precision and discipline needed to work at the highest level.

To be considered for the RBEA:
1. 5 GCSE's grade 9 – 4 (A*- C) including Maths, English and Science
2. A demonstrable passion through personal projects, competitions, or practical experience
3. Positive, can-do, attitude and willingness to continually learn and develop new skills
4. Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment
5. Curiosity, creativity and the courage to challenge your personal performance boundaries
Skills You’ll Master:
6. Building a strong understanding of how our Heritage cars are assembled, maintained and prepared for events
7. Learning to strip, rebuild and service components with precision, following technical drawings and build specifications
8. Developing confidence using workshop tools, equipment and measurement devices to complete tasks accurately
9. Working side‑by‑side with experienced technicians to diagnose issues, solve problems and keep cars running at their best
10. Growing your communication skills by collaborating with the Heritage Team, Build and other engineering groups
11. Building excellent organisational habits to keep your workspace, tools and parts safe, clean and ready for use
