Role
This is a full-time, on-site role as a General Manager based in Hamilton City, Bermuda. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and overall business success. The General Manager will also be responsible for representing the TABS brand and fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and collaborators.

* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and overall business success.
* Manage staff and oversee daily operations.
* Financial planning, setting and achieving business goals.
* Develop and implement growth strategies.
* Maintain high standards for customer service.
* Represent the TABS brand and foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership and management skills, including team supervision and performance optimization
* Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Business development skills, including strategy creation and execution for growth and market expansion
* Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management abilities
* Proficiency in organizational and operational management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Experience in retail, fashion, or a related industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
