Our client, a successful company that sells engineering equipment, is looking for a personable, confident and articulate Internal Sales Representative to play a vital role in supporting and growing the business. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling sales enquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing to meet customer needs and company sales objectives.
This role is office based Monday to Friday and comes with quarterly bonuses and good benefits and the opportunity to develop into an external sales role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate and process customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Maintain and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
3. Proactively offer alternatives or replacement products when required to meet customer demands.
4. Support sales growth targets by identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the external sales team to support customer accounts and drive sales initiatives.
6. Provide office-based support to enhance the overall sales function of the branch.
7. Actively contribute to achieving branch sales targets and implementing company sales strategies.
