Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in King's Lynn. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, coordinating with the workshop team, and managing the aftersales process. The Service Advisor will also handle administrative duties related to service and repairs.

Qualifications
* Experience in handling aftersales processes, ideally in an HGV environment
* Excellent IT skills, ideally knowledge and experience using Keyloop
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is a plus
* A proactive and results-driven approach
