What You’ll Do
As our QA & Process Technologist, you’ll sit at the heart of innovation, bringing new products to life while maintaining the impeccable standards that make Krispy Kreme so special. You’ll:
* Lead factory trials: scheduling ingredients, equipment, and production time to scale up new products.
* Own the trial process: from start to finish, from setup to post-trial reports, including sensory, quality, and yield analysis.
* Support food safety & compliance: through audits, HACCP verification, and process control checks.
* Create engaging training content: from QAS documents to digital learning materials
* Be the go-to technical expert: for process troubleshooting, quality issues, and continuous improvement projects across our manufacturing network.
What You’ll Bring
* A strong background in food manufacturing or process technology
* Knowledge of HACCP, auditing, and food safety standards
* Confident in running and evaluating factory trials
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with Articulate Rise, LMS platforms, and video editing tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills you’re just as comfortable on the factory floor as in a stakeholder meeting
