Overview
Position: Customer Care Advisor
Location: Houghton Regis

Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently handle customer queries with professionalism, ensuring top-notch service on every call.
* Take full ownership of customer interactions, manage expectations, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
* Actively seek customer feedback through satisfaction surveys in line with KPIs.
* Achieve personal development objectives and maintain your Personal Development Log.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and achieve stated objectives.
* Own customer complaints with care and resolve issues promptly.
* Implement coaching, feedback, and training outcomes where applicable.
* Minimise errors and ensure accurate administration.
* Arrange installations and cancellations of rental equipment; support Rental Service Technicians with queries.
* Ensure all administration duties are completed accurately and within timescales.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service experience.
* Diplomatic with outstanding listening and communication skills.
* Good numerical skills and PC literacy, including MS Office.
* Excellent written and spoken English; attention to detail and high accuracy.
* Excellent time management and productivity; able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude aligned with our core values.
