Learning Support Assistant (Ashbrook Campus)
The Position We have the opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Asbrook Campus on a full time, permanent basis from January 2026. The Campus OneSchool Global UK Ashbrook Campus is a brand new OSG campus which will boast state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring that both online and face-to-face classes are catered for outstandingly. The facility will represent OSGs ambitions as a leading global school with all building decisions made to support the successful implementation of our signature pedagogy- The Learning to Learn framework. This new campus sees two of our successful campuses merging together. Nottingham and Atherstone campuses have both seen fantastic results trough school from KS2 to A-Level and this campus will be striving for the highest standards of teaching, learning and results. Our Campus will have approximately 220 students with an average class size of 22.
Skills & Experience
* To support learning and teaching across the curriculum, particularly for pupils with SEND
* To assist in planning, review and delivery of the curriculum (either as 1:1 or small groups) and to assist in pupil health, safety, welfare and emotional and behavioural support
* To ensure that SEND support is happening within the context of the schools Self-Directed Learning Philosophy
* Have prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant or within a similar role
* Have an understanding of special educational needs as defined in the SEN Code of Practice
* Have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent knowledge, experience and skills (desirable)
