ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
We’re looking for an Account Director to play a key role in driving client growth, strengthening partner relationships and contributing to new business.
This is not a “keep things ticking over” role. It’s for someone who wants ownership, influence and accountability in a small business where decisions actually matter.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Owning and growing a portfolio of key client accounts
* Leading strategic conversations around spend, performance and ROI
* Identifying and driving upsell and expansion opportunities
* Working closely with partners and platform contacts
* Acting as a senior, credible point of contact for clients
* Contributing to new business through referrals, outreach and inbound leads
* Helping shape processes, standards and ways of working as the business scales
* You’ll be trusted to run your accounts like a business within the business.
