You'll take ownership of client enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, ensuring responses are delivered within agreed timescales. A key part of the position involves managing commercial commitments on client contracts and orders, making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication throughout. You'll also play an active role in maximising margins across your portfolio by maintaining oversight of commercial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
