This role would suit a Gas Safe qualified technician who enjoys a mix of heating, plumbing, and general maintenance work, in a role offering variety, autonomy, and long-term stability.
The Role:
*Carry out heating system maintenance, fault finding and repairs (domestic and light commercial) across multiple sites
*Complete general facilities maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work, and building fabric repairs
*Work from a planned maintenance schedule, as well as responding to urgent issues when required
*Regional travel from Manchester to the Midlands (company vehicle and fuel card provided)
The Person:
*Gas Safe registered
*Background as a heating engineer, facilities engineer or similar
*Experience in both planned and reactive maintenance
*Comfortable working independently and travelling regionally
*Full UK Drivers License
