Exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children & Families Team in Stroud, UK. Offering an attractive salary of £42 hourly, this full-time locum position is for an initial period of 3 months. As a Social Worker in this role, you will manage a diverse caseload including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC). What you will do
* Hold a caseload of approximately 18 children and manage court work as required
* Engage with children and families face‑to‑face to assess their needs and plan interventions
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support is delivered
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Attend regular team meetings and participate in training and development opportunities
* Ensure legal compliance in all actions and decisions
