Responsibilities
* The paralegal will handle cases from initiation to resolution, gathering and evaluating evidence, including statements from witnesses and reports from experts.
* You will assess and manage case risks, prioritise high-risk or high-profile matters, implement interim measures, and maintain accurate records, documentation, and hearing bundles.
* The organisation is seeking candidates with experience in healthcare regulation or clinical negligence, confident in conducting investigations, analysing evidence, and making sound, evidence-based decisions in line with established guidance.
* You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to clearly explain complex legal or procedural matters, and strong teamwork, relationship-building, customer service, and proactive, detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.
