We’re excited to be recruiting a Customer Experience Assistant to help deliver exceptional service at Crawley Innovation Centre. We’re looking for someone who brings real energy, positivity, and personality to the role – someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a busy environment, and can help create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Crawley Innovation Centre is a bold new workspace supporting high‑growth businesses, start‑ups and scale‑ups across sectors including clean energy, digital technology, advanced engineering and professional services. Located within the Manor Royal Business District and just minutes from Gatwick Airport, it offers a dynamic environment where businesses can connect, grow, and make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
* Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
* Support events, social media updates, and community engagement activities.
* Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces.
* Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
* Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
