We're Hiring: Chartered Building Surveyor
Are you an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a passion for improving learning environments?
We’re growing our education portfolio and looking for someone who understands the unique needs of schools and academies — someone who can manage surveys, projects, and client relationships with confidence and care.
You’ll be working on meaningful projects, with clients who genuinely value your expertise.
What you'll do:
Deliver condition surveys, specifications, and contract administration
Prepare and manage CIF and other DfE funding bids
Act as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Support project delivery from concept to completion
You should have:
Experience in the education sector
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and building compliance
️ A methodical approach and clear communication skills
