Production Supervisor (Nights): Johnstown Plant
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of production and maintenance activities at the Johnstown plant. This role ensures effective management and continuous improvement across all aspects of manufacturing, including safety culture, quality systems, schedule adherence, workforce management, and operational efficiency.
The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting plant objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while developing team members and supporting operational excellence.
