What Makes This Role Exciting
Are you looking to kick-start your career in payroll with a global company that values growth, training, and collaboration? CloudPay wants to hear from you! We’re seeking an enthusiastic Associate Ireland Payroll Specialist to join our successful processing team in Andover, UK. In this role, you’ll receive full training to help you master Irish payroll processes while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided
Main Responsibilities
* Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time, and efficiently
* Provide support to clients on all payroll-related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a backup covering for holidays or emergencies.
* Research discrepancies in payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
* Reconcile and file required reports for relevant government agencies
* Review payrolls at the end of each month and seek assistance to make improvements where necessary
* Be involved in process improvement
Experience Needed For This Role
* Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent time management, administration skills, and attention to detail
* Responsible for prioritising clients’ payroll and delivering payroll as required
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
* Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Enthusiastic and eager to learn
