We’re looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our Cheswick Happy Days Nursery in Filton, Bristol. Early Years Educator (Level 3)
Up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with an onboarding bonus of £1,500 and the value of additional benefits after one year’s service: £5,287
Filton, Bristol – located on a modern new‑build estate, and close to local amenities. Full‑time, Part‑time or Flexible Working can be supported.

You’ll deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment by supporting each child’s development through inspiring activities and strong, nurturing relationships across age groups.

The nursery is led by an experienced team who create a supportive, hands‑on environment where staff are trusted to deliver their role while having the right support when needed. The setting also has a strong working relationship with the University of the West of England (UWE), regularly engaging with students, supply teams, and attending partnership events.
