The Role
Were looking for a Retail Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-volume kitchen within a large corporate site in Canary Wharf. This is one of the most fast-paced outlets in the building, producing around 200 fresh dishes daily while maintaining strong standards across quality and presentation.
Youll be responsible for managing your own section, working efficiently during service, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Please note that while this is primarily a MondayFriday role, working hours may vary depending on events, so full flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities
Run your section during prep and service

Follow recipes, portion control, and allergen standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workspace

Solid experience in a high-volume or contract catering kitchen
Calm and organised approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong fundamentals and attention to detail
