You'll play a key role in implementing SEND reforms, developing the Local Offer, and driving workforce development through training. By identifying service gaps and building partnerships, you'll enhance support for children and families. Additionally, you'll lead projects that shape the future of SEND services, ensuring better outcomes and a more integrated approach. About You To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have… A strong background in social care, particularly in working with children and young people with SEND. You should have experience in quality assurance, multi-agency collaboration, and driving service improvements. Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage complex projects. A deep understanding of SEND legislation and a passion for delivering positive outcomes for children and families will also be key to your success.
