DVLA Enforcement Officer
Location: Northern Ireland – DVLA Mallusk Road
Full‑time night position, temporary role on a five‑month contract.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer do?
* Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
* Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. Works alongside other agencies when required, including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
* Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
* Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reports faults to the Manager, and completes daily activity reports.
What do you need to be a DVLA Enforcement Officer?
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Self‑motivated
* Customer focused
* Ability to work shifts
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
