Location: Unit SU45 West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton West Quay, United Kingdom, SO15 1QD
Salary: £13.72 per hour + on‑target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on the store’s performance
Working Hours: 24 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis
Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers and enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions.
* Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
* Achieve personal and store KPIs by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
* Provide personalised solutions for general mobile or network‑related enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
* Deliver a customer‑focused service with enthusiasm and a strong passion for customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate effectively within the team, supporting a positive and high‑performing environment.
* Use resourceful and proactive problem‑solving skills to resolve customer enquiries and challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
Full training will be provided. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
