The Role
You'll lead a stable and motivated team of social workers supporting adolescents (12+) and their families, focusing on contextual safeguarding, neglect, and family breakdown.
Your role will involve:
Providing clear, supportive leadership and reflective supervision.
Promoting relationship-based, restorative practice across the service.
Managing and developing practitioners to deliver safe, high-quality social work.
Working closely with partners to ensure positive outcomes for children and families.
Shaping strategy and contributing to the continuous improvement of Surrey's Adolescent Safeguarding Service.

Salary: £59,363 - £63,953 (includes £5,000 market supplement)
