We are looking to employ a friendly, welcoming and organised member of staff to join our school in two capacities: 1- office team admin assistant 2- support SEND children on a 1:1 basis as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) The role will be a two term position until end of July 2026 to cover extended staff absence. This role will be 3 full days (8.30am to 3.30pm) Monday, Tuesday and Friday, term time only. The salary will be H2 (£12.85 p.h. - £13.26 p.h.) or H3 (£13.26 p.h. - £13.47 p.h.) depending on qualifications and experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, shows confidence, understanding and has the ability to remain calm at all times. The successful candidate will be one of the first points of contact in our busy school office and must be able to engage with children and their parents and understand their needs. You must be enthusiastic, versatile and willing to undertake a wide range of duties as well as be computer literate and willing to learn a range of systems. Confidentiality, initiative, accuracy and an ability to work under pressure are all essential. We are a positive and well-motivated team and the children are at the heart of all we do. You must be passionate about enabling children to achieve their true potential. Prior experience of working with children is desirable. Training will be provided.
