We are actively recruiting for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support the sales teams by securing new wins, acting as the technical authority, and designing profitable and effective solutions for our clients. Join us in shaping the future of connectivity!


Responsibilities

* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the solutions sales cycle.
* Provide technical consultancy and pre-sales support for bids and tenders.
* Create high-level designs for networks, security, wireless, IoT, and VOIP systems.
* Build proposals and Bills of Materials for solutions.
* Conduct and coordinate pre-sales site surveys and activities.
* Support product and marketing teams with new product introductions.
* Strive to provide innovative services and refine the existing portfolio.


Qualifications

* 15 years of experience in a similar role (ISP sector background ideal but not mandatory).
* Demonstrable experience or certifications: CWS, CCNA, NSE 13.
* Product knowledge: Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Adtran, Nokia.
* Technology knowledge: WAN/LAN/WLAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, IP, Firewalls, Security, PON, IoT, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, VMware).
* Experience with HLD creation, network design tools (Visio, Lucid, Ekahau), and Microsoft Office suite.

£45,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
