Peninsula offers a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work in the field, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from initial networking to closing deals.
We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, with realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top-up + Commission), along with a benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or a £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field-based Business Development Manager, you will source and visit potential new business in person, through various channels. You will sell Peninsula's consultancy services, helping SMEs discover easier and safer ways to manage staff.

4. Adaptability to learn a new industry; sector experience isn't essential as we provide comprehensive training.
5. A professional approach to all interactions, whether via phone, in person, or at networking events.
