The Team
You’ll be joining a well-established Accounts & Business Advisory team that supports a diverse client base across multiple sectors. With over 35 professionals in the team and more than 180 across the firm globally, they offer the benefits of scale while maintaining a personal, supportive atmosphere.

The Role
As an Accounts & Business Advisory Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio while playing a key leadership role within the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day relationships with clients, offering proactive, strategic advice to help them grow.
* Oversee and review statutory accounts, management accounts, and ad hoc financial reporting.
* Interpret financial data to provide meaningful insights and impact-focused advice.
* Manage, mentor and develop junior team members.
* Identify opportunities to add value or provide additional services to clients.
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, reporting and team operations.
* Maintain high technical standards, offering support on complex issues and reviews.
What You’ll Bring:
* A relevant accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) or significant experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* A collaborative mindset and passion for developing others.
* Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
