Type: Initial 6 Month Contract, possibility to extend
We are seeking a seasoned HR Advisor to join the HR operations team of a leading renewable energy organisation, to support a TUPE process from another organisation to ours. This role will be the key focal point for the TUPE transfer process and include:
* Being key attendee at all TUPE consultations with employees, trade union and Orsted, ensuring all conversations are documented.
* Answering all TUPE related questions and preparing/issuing a written Q&A log/document.
* Working with our pensions/benefits advisor on transfer of grandfathered benefits to us.
* Setting up of new transferring employees on payroll and HR systems etc.
* Setting up and maintaining of personnel files.
* Completing all necessary paperwork for transferring employees.
* Assisting operations with onboarding on transferring employees.
* Working with Orsted on set up of Apprenticeship levy and training programme for the transferring apprentices.
Person Specification
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor position
* Demonstrable experience handling and leading on TUPE process
* Trade Union Experience
* Previous experience in a large/corporate organisation
* Must be willing to travel to site and attend regular meetings
