We are looking for an independent and motivated individual to join our team. This full-time role involves a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on customer service duties within our retail environment.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role also includes general store duties in our retail area, warehouse, and various other tasks as required
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide customer service at the sales counter, assist customers with their queries and process transactions
Carry out daily administrative tasks and manage WHS reporting
Perform general store and warehouse duties
Safely unload, check, and receive stock
Manage warehouse inventory
Ensure safe storage, handling, and transport of inventory
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed under the guidance of the Branch Manager
Requirements:
Proficient with computers and applications
Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Commitment to high-quality customer service
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
