Milk Education are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to work within welcoming nursery settings across [location]. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional who is committed to supporting children during the most important stages of their development.
Shifts can range between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with flexible patterns available depending on the needs of the setting.
The Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
1. Support children aged 0–5 years
2. Deliver engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
3. Monitor and record children’s progress and development
4. Support children’s social, emotional and physical development
5. Ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
6. Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
✅ We’re Looking For:
7. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
8. Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
9. A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach
10. Good understanding of the EYFS framework
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
Unqualified candidates with strong nursery experience may also be considered.
