About The Role
Managing Partner to lead the global performance marketing business on the SAP account. SAP holds the leading valuation in the European Stock Market and is a regular fixture in the top twenty Best Global Brands (source Interbrand). A B2B brand and business riding high on Cloud, Automation and Ai tailwinds, boasting some of the most powerful datasets in the world, given 95% of Fortune 500 businesses run SAP. SAP marketing spans from F1, Ryder Cup and US Open Tennis to deep platform integrations with LinkedIn and Google, as well as a highly developed ABM approach to demand generation. OMD leads the global SAP media relationship from it's London headquarters and is supported by strong regional hubs in New York and Singapore as well as being expertly supported by the Marketing Science Hub in Annalect India.
As Managing Partner, you will shape the agency's reputation for and delivery of, truly modern integrated performance marketing. Delivering digital optimisation and importantly digital transformation for SAP, leading the performance relationship with the client, driving change through the global client organisation. The role ensures the agency delivers innovative, data driven, results orientated, strategies and tactics that exceed client expectancy. You will act as a trusted advisor to the senior clients, fostering long term partnerships, driving scope expansion and revenue growth. You are accountable for profitability, retention and expansion of the client scope. Additionally, you will play a key role in industry thought leadership, representing the agency at major events and driving innovation our agency offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspire the Client and Agency to better work.
* Lead the EMEA Performance hub. Culturally, Strategically, Operationally. Externally and Internally.
* Build on an already successful team culture, demonstrating diverse, inclusive and belonging leadership qualities.
* Bring the very best from the Annalect India offshore hub, integrating Performance Marketing and Marketing Science.
* Be the focal point for the Global Client team for all performance related topics, optimisation and transformation.
* Define and deliver the new frontiers of modern performance marketing through a B2B lens.
* Embrace change, deliver change, modernise the agency proposition into the client.
* Stay ahead of all emerging trends, acting as a pathfinder for the client from/to.
* Build strategic alignment with our US brand hub, finding the right joins where appropriate but also finding the sharp edges of performance marketing. Avoiding getting lost in the messy middle.
* Collaborate with US team on integrated JBPS with major platforms like LinkedIn and Google
* Collaborate effectively with the APJ hub leads to ensure we are moving the dials forwards in this region
* Be a connector and collaborator in both our and the clients global organisation.
* Lead a transformation agenda with the client, with regular and excellent presentation skills
* Own the SAP EMEA P&L, dive top and bottom-line growth
* Ensure the best of the OMG network is successfully merchandised to the client.
* Play a key role in maintaining and improving TRR scores
About You
* Proven ability to lead and inspire client led transformation and optimisation.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire agency teams, to connect on deep performance marketing expertise and knowledge.
* A performance background, with strong practical knowledge of platform workings and potentials.
* Clear understanding and empathy for the wider benefits of integrated brand and demand benefits.
* Proven ability to connect with distributed global teams both client and agency side.
* A people person, high levels of empathy and understanding, a great listener and communicator with strong bias for action.
* Strong analytical qualities, ability to read a room as well as a spreadsheet, with ability to bring diverse voices together to meet a common objective.
* Curious, open minded, change agent.
* Proven experience of matrix management and senior stakeholder management to deliver shared goals.
* Expert communicator on every level.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
